Guarantee policies

- In-Store Purchases: If your purchase was made in person, please visit any of our SexySkinz Fajas Shapewear stores for assistance.

- Receipt Requirement: A valid payment receipt must be presented for guarantee claims.

- Quality Assessment: Our quality department will evaluate the product to determine if the damage is due to material issues or misuse. If misuse is determined, the guarantee will not apply.

- Exclusions: Damage to lace or hooks is not covered under warranty.

- Hygiene Standard: As our products are intimate apparel, any guaranteed request must be made with garments in pristine condition, free of odors and body fluids.

- Warranty Period: The guarantee period for purchased garments is 14 business days from the invoice date.

- Alterations: Garments altered or modified by third parties are not eligible for warranty claims.

Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas Otorga Garantía De Sus Prendas En Insumos Como Broches, Cremalleras, Telas Y Costuras. Cuando El Cliente Solicite Hacer Uso De La Garantía Que Brinda La Compañía, La Solicitud Estará Sujeta A Evaluación Por Parte Del Área De Calidad, Donde Se Determinará Si El Motivo Del Daño De La Prenda Es Por Un Mal Uso O Por Una Particularidad Del Material O De La Confección.

Si Se Determina Que El Daño De La Prenda Es Por Mal Uso, La Empresa Se Exonera De La Garantía. En Caso De Acordar Una Reparación, Esta Será Asumida Por El Cliente.

Lo Anterior Considerando De Que El Área De Calidad Será Quien Emita El Resultado De Aprobación O Negación De La Solicitud De Garantía.

- Para Efectos De Garantía, Debe Remitirse Al Canal O Punto De Venta En El Cual Realizó La Compra.

- Daños En Silicona Y Abrochaduras No Están Incluidos En La Garantía.

- Nuestro Producto Es De Uso Íntimo, Por Lo Tanto, Para Efectuar La Solicitud De Garantía, La Prenda Se Debe Encontrar En Excelentes Condiciones De Higiene Y Limpieza, Totalmente Libre De Olores Y Fluidos Corporales.

- El Tiempo Para Hacer Efectiva La Garantía De Las Prendas Adquiridas Es De 14 Días Hábiles Después De Expedida La Factura.

- No Se Aceptan Garantías De Prendas Modificadas O Alteradas Por Terceros.

Shipping Policies

- Free Fast-USA Shipping: Available for all domestic orders, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-6 business days.

- Shipping Delays: SexySkinz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider once the order is in their hands.

- Correct Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If incorrect information results in a return, the user will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: SexySkinz is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Delivery decisions are made by the service provider.

- Non-Delivery Days: Orders are not shipped on holidays or Sundays.

- Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas No Es Responsable De Paquetes Perdidos O Hurtados. El Transportador Usualmente Es El Encargo De Determinar Si El Paquete Se Deja En Un Lugar Seguro.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or returns. However, our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every product you purchase from SexySkinz.com meets our highest quality standards.

As a medical-grade compression company, we adhere to FDA regulations and strict hygiene protocols. For sanitary reasons, we kindly ask that you keep your underwear on while trying on garments.

Our return policy is designed to protect both you and our products. While we don't offer cash or credit refunds, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to ensure you receive the correct item.

For in-store purchases, please note that exchanges, returns, or refunds are not available once you've had the opportunity to try on the product. Additionally, online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.

If you're unsatisfied with your garment, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 72 hours of delivery for online purchases only. Please submit all requests through our portal: [Return Portal](https://www.sexyskinz.com/a/return). All requests are subject to approval through our Request Portal.

 Situations Where Requests May Be Denied  

Even within the 3-day window, requests may be denied in the following cases:

- Products showing wear and tear (e.g., missing or cut tags).

- Items on sale or with price reductions.

- Requests submitted after the 3-day deadline.

- Products showing misuse, alterations, stains, or white markings.

- Final sale items.

- Abuse of SexySkinz policies.

 Exchange Options  

We offer two exchange options:

 

  1. Instant Exchange: For color or size changes within the same style.
  2. Store Credit: If you prefer to explore different options.

 

Please note: **Customers are responsible for shipping charges** for exchanges. Ship items using a traceable and insured method, and provide the tracking number within 48 hours after delivery.

Curbside Pickup  

Online orders can be picked up from our locations, where you will have the opportunity to try them on. Please pick up your order within 7 days or your transaction will be canceled, and a restocking fee will apply. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of pickup.

Order Cancellation 

Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled due to high demand. If the order hasn’t been fulfilled, a 3% cancellation fee applies.

Faulty Items
