  • In-Store Purchases: For items purchased in person, please visit any SexySkinz Fajas Shapewear retail location for assistance with your guarantee request.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid payment receipt is required to process any guarantee claims.

  • Product Evaluation: All claims are subject to review by our Quality Department to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or misuse. Claims determined to be the result of misuse will not be eligible under the guarantee.

  • Excluded Items: Please note that damage to lace or hook closures is not covered under our warranty, as these are delicate components that may be affected by handling or washing methods.

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items submitted for evaluation must be in clean condition, free from odors, stains, or any bodily fluids.

  • Warranty Period: Our guarantee is valid for 14 business days from the original date of purchase as stated on the invoice.

  • Third-Party Alterations: Garments that have been altered, repaired, or modified by third parties are not eligible for warranty consideration.

  • Care Requirements: To preserve the integrity and durability of our garments, they must be hand-washed in cold water and air-dried only. Machine washing or drying may cause damage and will void any guarantee.

Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas Otorga Garantía De Sus Prendas En Insumos Como Broches, Cremalleras, Telas Y Costuras. Cuando El Cliente Solicite Hacer Uso De La Garantía Que Brinda La Compañía, La Solicitud Estará Sujeta A Evaluación Por Parte Del Área De Calidad, Donde Se Determinará Si El Motivo Del Daño De La Prenda Es Por Un Mal Uso O Por Una Particularidad Del Material O De La Confección.

Si Se Determina Que El Daño De La Prenda Es Por Mal Uso, La Empresa Se Exonera De La Garantía. En Caso De Acordar Una Reparación, Esta Será Asumida Por El Cliente.

Lo Anterior Considerando De Que El Área De Calidad Será Quien Emita El Resultado De Aprobación O Negación De La Solicitud De Garantía.

•Para Efectos De Garantía, Debe Remitirse Al Canal O Punto De Venta En El Cual Realizó La Compra.

•Daños En Silicona Y Abrochaduras No Están Incluidos En La Garantía.

•Nuestro Producto Es De Uso Íntimo, Por Lo Tanto, Para Efectuar La Solicitud De Garantía, La Prenda Se Debe Encontrar En Excelentes Condiciones De Higiene Y Limpieza, Totalmente Libre De Olores Y Fluidos Corporales.

•El Tiempo Para Hacer Efectiva La Garantía De Las Prendas Adquiridas Es De 14 Días Hábiles Después De Expedida La Factura.

•No Se Aceptan Garantías De Prendas Modificadas O Alteradas Por Terceros.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
